This company scams money from people. FullStop. Long story short, the motorhome was broken into and when contacted they said they would be able to pay for damages if we got an invoice and it would be done on insurance. Then they rang and said it would be easier for me to pay and they would organise things when we got back. Well. Not only did they not reimburse me, they sent me a bill 2 hours after I left the place to replace an already damaged part of their motorhome!! They eventually took the money out of my bank as well, which cost me almost $1500 overall for damages. They said if I had of taken out collision insurance they would have claimed it on that. It doesn't take an insurance expert to figure out what they're trying to do here. Perhaps the authorities will like to look into these people? There is A LOT more but it won't let me add it. DON'T support this scam company and anyone that links to their page.
