I qualified from the British School of Osteopathy in 1991 and am registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
Osteopathy uses gentle movements, stretching, deep massage and manipulation to improve function and relieve pain.
Each patient is treated as an individual and osteopaths have the time to take a full case history to understand the problems each unique patient has in order to come up with a treatment plan that is tailor made for them.

Problems that can be treated include:
Aches and pains
Back and neck problems
Trapped nerves
