Swimming pool queues are horrendous. As restrictions on capacity are still in place not having a slot booking system in place is causing frustration and unnecessary upset for children. As most other things have a booking system in place it would make sense to introduce it for swimming. Enough to put us off coming again even though we have been coming for years. Very disappointing as usually Butlin's excels itself and did such a brilliant job during COVID.
